Cross-Border HR (CBHR) grew out of its links with global HR & Payroll Associations. With seventy-five year's history, five thousand members and twenty chapters as an example, these associations are the cornerstone of professional communities. Members can access continuing education and gain peer support.

CBHR has partnered with three US HR Associations to assist on their member hotlines. Where members have questions on global HR issues, the hotline forwards the inquiry to the CBHR team. We aim to respond within 24 hours. Most questions we can answer quickly but we’ll also do the research for the member. Afterwards, the member gets an email summary of the call that includes advice and reference links.
All of CBHR’s consultants have at least 10 years of strategic HR international experience and are backed by a team of employment attorneys.

CBHR’s digital platform provides HR associations with content delivery on global expansion and international HR and payroll. Our formats include webinars, panels, roundtables and case studies where your members have a safe place to share best practice and network with other HR professionals to gain peer support. The service also includes post-education analytics, reports and attendee engagement tracking.

Cross-Border HR works with US HR Associations to help their members identify suitable HR providers around the globe. With the geographical reach of our consultancy database, we offer free impartial comparisons on potential overseas affiliates. We particularly seek global HR providers willing to participate in global educational tracks at US HR conferences.
